SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Aoife Soden Glass accepts payments using manual bank transfer or credit card payments using Stripe.
We ship your goods 1-3 business days after we receive your order and payment, provided we have the items in stock. Some items have been listed as requiring Aoife Soden Glass to check stock.
Currently Aoife Soden Glass offers shipping to Denmark which is a flat rate of 60kr (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands). All prices for goods and shipping costs are incl. VAT. Shipping to the EU is coming soon and can be individually quoted at the moment. Shipping to other locations will be quoted upon receipt of order. Please contact . Responsibility for customs, duty clearance etc. incured will be the customers own. Aoife Soden Glass can not quote on the customs policies of different countries.
Shipping will be with DAO, Post Nord or GLS depending on the package size, weight and the delivery location.
All items must be returned within 14 days of the date delivered to you. Products must be returned in the same condition you received them. All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of a receipt of shipping slip.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Aoife Soden Glass. Aoife Soden Glass can not take responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. All items must be packed well and it is advisable to include insurance.
All products made by Aoife Soden Glass are packaged well, such that it will survive the shipping process intact. There is always however the possibility that your item may arrive damaged. Breakable items shipped are insured by the carrier. It is important if your products are damaged or broken you take both a photograph of the packaging/box and the broken item as the shipping company will require this. Contact Aoife Soden glass () within 72 hours of receiving your items if the glass in your package is damaged or broken.
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, this must be done within a 14 days of receipt of delivery. If you are returning the product due to breakage please send photographic documentation. If you are returning your product due to a fault please send photographic documentation. A refund will be sent once the items have been received and checked. Please make sure you read the care instructions for your glass items.
